500g Malagkit na bigas/glutinous rice
100g Dutche Cocoa Powder
2 cups Sugar brown/white
1 can evaporated milk/fresh milk
Water

Procedure:

Cocoa powder
Dissolve 100g Dutche Cocoa powder into 2 cups of hot water and stir.

Wash the rice and pour enough water for the rice to cook. Same with cooking lugaw/porridge. In medium heat, stir constantly to prevent the rice from burning. When the glutinous rice is cooked, mix in the dissolved cocoa powder and sugar then stir. Adjust to your prefered taste.
Serve into a bowl and top it with fresh or evaporated milk.Enjoy! 😊

Champorado sounds like "campur aduk" in indonesia, and it's mean mixed together 😂
