Ibarra is the way to go in the states. No nestle involvement.

So interesting seeing how different Champurrado is from Filipino Champorado

Thank you for the recipe. My favorite thing of champurrado is that you feel warmth, memories, and love all in a beautiful decadent sip.

I hope you share a Christmas Mexican ponche recipe.

In the Philippines, we use whole rice instead of masa so it turns into more of a chocolate porridge. Eat it with with some smoked fish in the morning and youre good to go

I was shocked and happy when you mentioned my country Iraq. You may not know what this means to me, but I always like those I love to mention my country because I feel that they sense or know of my existence, and I feel that this mention is for me.

I like toasting my corn flour too, adds a very nice warm flavor and smell! Just in a pan over medium heat.

Thank you daddy Jose! My dad passed away 5 years ago and never taught me how to make it. I know I can search it, but I trust your recipes.

In the Philippines, we have a similar variant of this. But in ours we use glutinous rice instead of masa & its less of a drink & more of a chocolate rice porridge eaten with salted dried fish

We call unrefined cane sugar jaggery here in india, crazy how similar mexican and indian dishes are.

I'm Mvskoke (the Indigenous equivalent of Corn Corn Mc Corn) and I love seeing other cultures make stuff similar to the ancient traditional foodw my people did with the only stable food source they had. This got you a follow from me ☺️💕
