I really like the chord progressions and the meter change of the verse and the chorus. The 3/4 meter gives out a magical vibe and of course, suits England with the magic side. While 4/4 meter shows England's motivation on stuff. (Just my interpretation tho) The instrumentation is very cool too. The harp at the beginning, woodwinds and the glockenspiel enhances the mysterious vibe of the song.
