If someone dies intestate can his/her children or other heirs sell the property with an heirship affidavit naming all heirs supported by statements of corroboration by two disinterested parties regardless of the properties value? Or would the small estate property value cap of $75, 000 apply in Texas? Thanks for your videos.

If Jane Smiths father willed her his share of his father's land (who died intestate). And in her will she left to her sons (from a previous marriage) a house and left her current husband the house in which they lived but did not mention the share of her grandfather's property she inherited in the will, does her husband have an interest in her inherited property? Will he have to sign the deed along with her children when that inherited property is sold? Thanks in advance.
