I don't know why, but I seem to collect these pocket hole jigs for some strange reason. I have the Kreg K4, some of their smaller stand alone jigs like the (discontinued) one designed for 2 x 4's. I also have the Kreg 720 and this Armor tool. You are right, that is some really heavy duty plastic, that will never break under regular use. I still love my modified Kreg K4, why? Because I added the self adjusting clamp from none other than Armor tools. It works really great. I will probably also get the Massca jig, I like that fact that it is an all metal construction and I really like the extension rods idea.
Some people collect stamps, um...I guess I collect tools. There are worse ways to spend your money in my opinion.

i rilly like the one i have. butt being a farst timer to pocket holes and i do not come a part you need to get the hand one two or rilly make shor you do all the pocket holes befor you have it going to gether.

This looks like a great jig. I have an old kreg jig. I'm wondering where can you get the colored screws for armor jig.

Kevin. Thank you for the review. I have looked at several other videos on this jig but none as detailed as yours. I tried ordering online, called a local Woodcraft store and finally called Armor direct. Armor took my order and I am anxiously waiting to receive the jig. I think the thing that sold me was the adjustable depth settings. Sure seems this would be great on planed wood etc. once again. Thank you

Nice review Kevin, thank you. I decided to purchase the Armor.
Question, do the Kreg pocket screws work well with the Armor system. I have several boxes of Kreg screws but if they do not mesh well with Armor then I need to order more stuff. Thank you
