Test data management practice is becoming familiar in many organizations now a days however there is still lot of awareness required and organizations still don’t give much importance to TDM. Reasons are different but my experience has been that organizations often fail to understand the importance of TDM, some clients find it too difficult to implement, some clients don’t find it that useful to invest money in it etc. Besides, every client has different requirements, different databases, different formats and to cater this market doesn’t have that matured tools and resources with knowledge of the TDM practices/ tools. This space is growing but a lot has to be done.
