All I’m confused about is that I don’t want the attendees of the webinar to see each other. They should only see the organizer and the presenter.

Does publishing the webinar send out a link to everyone in the organization? Also, what happens to the site once the webinar is complete?

You don't show the meeting options should be when setting up a webinar - this is always troublesome for us. Usually we want to have a quick check-in with the presenters to make sure they can share and all is working, but I don't want to let attendees in until the start time. Once the meeting has started, registered participants should be able to bypass the lobby. To do this, one can to change the meeting options while the webinar is in progress. Sometimes the settings take effect; sometimes they don't.

The drop down has only "Virtual appointment", "Controlled-content meeting" and "Live event" (btw - Live events will be retired in late 2024 and replaced with "Town Hall") - so, stuck right there from the get go. Using "New Teams".🤔

How can I remove the registration? I don’t want anyone to register to the webinar that I create.

I recently hosted a webinar for the first time, and during the first session, I noticed a yellow "Start Webinar" button instead of the typical "Leave" button. However, when I attempted to host the same webinar again, the "Start Webinar" button was missing

I assume we have to have the premium version in order to host webinars? *why not tell us this in the beginning of the video???? teams is not a good option for webinars from numerous other complaints....

How Can attendee Add to their calendar? After watching many videos I saw that after registration you get an email that is where you add to your calander ppl are not getting their email to add it

I do not even have the option to host a webinar. All I see is "Meeting." Am I missing something?

this is fake, is so much complicated to use teams for webinars. I am hours watching videos if how to do it. Why microsoft did not think that you want to have a webinar with external to the organization. There is no option to not require a registration. I recommend to everyone not to use teams, is very complicated.

Why have you merged the speaker and attendees form all together. It is completely useless, both should have been separated like you had earlier so that presenter can join the meeting 5 to 10 minutes before the webinar starts for everyone. Plus your system don't send the reminders for the Webinars. Earlier system was fine only you had to give the option of disply or non display of attendees in the right hand panel. Please make this meaningful not useless.

You should cover how to join using a meeting ID in app.. Nicrosift product is abysmal
