Not My Best Week | Week 40: 52 Weeks Of Personal Growth

This week was not the best week for me if im going to be completely honest. I felt very emotional over some things which had a spiral affect and made me feel negative about a number of things in my life. I felt like a bit of a failure for letting myself be upset for so many days in a row...I would have thought by week 40 of the year, I wouldnt let myself get to this state...but I did...It happened and I am not going to beat myself up about it. No ones perfect, and every week cannot be great...If I am going to look at the positives, then at least next week can only be better, and I learnt a lot from being so upset, it made me realise, whether I want to or not, i have to make some serious changes in my life if I want to be happy in the long run. Hopefully I have more to report next week and I am feeling much better. On a positive note, my weekend was great, so a bad start but a great end to week 40. Thanks for the support. ABOUT 52 WEEKS OF PERSONAL GROWTH

I have decided to film a very raw and real video with you every week of 2018. This year, I am really focusing on achieving as many of my goals as possible with one of the main focuses being personal growth.

I thought by sharing with everyone of you on YouTube, it would not only motivate me, but hopefully inspire others to work on themselves to. I believe looking after your body and mind is the most important thing you can do. Filming a short clip every week in 2018 will also allow me to look back on how I grow and change within a year.

I am inspired by people who are brave enough to share their bad with the good. Everyone has a bad day some just choose to hide it. I am hoping in this series I can work towards taking down the stigma of pretending everything and everyone is perfect. People always show the end result, how they feel and look AFTER they have done all the work to get there, I want to show theres nothing wrong with having a bad day. After all, without bad days we wouldn’t appreciate the good ones. 52 Weeks Of Personal Growth is just me talking to you about what I’m learning as it’s happening.

I hope this shows you that everyone struggles with something and motivates you to keep achieving your goals and working on yourself.

hopefully your feeling better and positive, sounds like you did good things like beach and got a holiday to look forward to. making dessisions sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling and have a plan, thats good your not going always with the easy option like some people do and they usal fail when keep going with the safe and easy option, negavtive people call expecting miracles dreaming, but there usally have no ambition, thats a bad feeling when you should have moved on and things stop you getting to where you want to be
