I feel really bad. This is in no way ok. I know someone who has United Health Care. The physical, occupational, and speech therapy he needs has been denied over and over and over again. I read that the company denies 1/3 of their claims. I read that they deny claims more often than any other company. Once again, this is not OK. It makes me wonder if someone's family member died because they were denied health care that they needed. This insurance is not cheap. There need to be laws about what companies can deny. It is not fair that people pay health insurance and get denied when they have health problems and need health care.

My husband and I are dealing with his terrible work related injury, and insurance companies are insane to have to deal with and beg to pay claims. It's easy to figure out why this happened. You can only push people so far. Sorry, someone had to lose their life, but I do see why.
