The professional, positive and even entertaining approach of these two guys is greatly appreciated. I wish my doctor was like that.

I sleep on my arm outstretched under my head. I am having a tough time finding a comfortable way to sleep. But I have a feeling this is being caused by my sleep habits

Being in quarantine with only my phone for entertainment could be the causes why I have this now...

This was exactly what I needed to see. I’ve been looking for a video that showed me actually what was going on in my arm

Finally! Cubital Tunnel Syndrome! I cut hair with my right dominant hand. But my left outside wrist gets really sore so that I drop the hair I am holding to be cut. It has been worsening. A wrist brace/wrap has not really helped. I knew it wasn't carpal tunnel or tennis elbow. Now I know - THANK YOU!! My other issue is that I cannot walk my dogs anymore due to Morton's neuroma. Can you offer any help for that?? And finally, you guys are great. And polite - don't see that much theses days!! You are also kind and funny. What a great pair - stay great! God bless you!

You guys are seriously the best.

Man, I wish I had this years ago! For years my doctors thought my symptoms were just tendonitis in the wrist and elbow. Been going to a specialist a lot this year and now I am finally figuring out that cubital tunnel syndrome is probably the problem.

You can have both Cubital Tunnel Syndrome and a Herniated Disc at the same time. A herniated disc can cut the flow going down to the cubital tunnel making it difficult to recover after repetitive use, cell phone, elbow flexion when sleeping etc.

Once again you guys are the best ! I've struggled with pain from my elbows for almost two years. I figured it was from leaning at my desk and typing / cell phone use. Pregnancy carpal tunnel did not help! Theres like a little ball in between each elbow in that space and when it flares up it's a bad time. Now I am staying home with my twin boys and I've had the worst flare ups yet having to carry and burp 2 babies ! I know I should have gone to the doctor's but just never got around to it 😩 I will do these exercises it keep it at bay! Thank you !!

Wow, thank you both for this very informative video! I literally did the elbow finger roll test and I could feel shooting pain sensation in my pinky and ring finger.

Thank you for the in-depth information. I am a physician myself and I have been suffering from this for almost 5 years now. If you are interested, I will keep you updated on whether I experience any relief with the exercises you presented.
