If you want to have a calendar in OneNote, you are kind of stuck making it yourself using a table or Excel spreadsheet. Fortunately, you can download a calendar template that will work with the OneNote Desktop version or the free OneNote for Windows 10 app. After you import the template, you can add text to the calendar days and format it any way you wish.

I am using this and loving it. Issue though: Each morning I open my onenote calendar and I have the 2023 calendar multiple times. I have to delete the duplicated sections. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?

It seems that calendar has static column sizes. My experience is that ON doesn’t support that feature, which is a huge complaint I have with tables.

Help, please. When I click on the calendar file "open with" OneNote, it starts a new OneNote Notebook. Is there any way to add the calendar to an existing Notebook? I'm a OneNote newbie!
