Being playing tanks a whole lot of years on Battlefield and because of that I really love to use de "Driver" config. It's really easy to get along with it. And the best thing, imo, is to activate the handbreak pressing the reverse trigger while you're pressing the right trigger/accelerator and start drifting like a freaking rally car lol!

I agree with everything you said except auto lock. If i play any light tank i use it for the death circle tactic. Just auto lock and drive around the target and keep firing i dont even look at target. Its alot of fun. Keep the videos coming 👍

If you have an elite controller you can remap the hand brake to one of the underneath triggers.

I invert the Y axis, as in every game, and invert reverse. To each their own.
Also I use an Elite controller and I mapped the handbrake to the lower paddle.
Man, is it fun to power slide in begind someone and get off a quick shot in one of my fast, light tanks! Love it!

Good info for new players, I disagree with the compass map though as it rotates to always show your facing and close opponents and is quicker and better for close combat where time is critical..

I'm on ps5 and it wasn't until I used a standard ps5 controller that the triggers feel they have motorized tension. It's a stiffer pull when scoping (left top trigger). I never noticed on my edge controller because I have it set to shortest trigger setting.

I need to figure out how to turn that off

I personally disagree with turning off aim assist. In light and medium tanks the activation is essential to surround the opposing tank and shoot at the same time. Regarding the minimap, I have it in the compass version. the reason is that in close combat this mode is more effective by having a better situational awareness although it is true that it is lost in the global vision of the map since you have to be changing often to the square map to know where the whole team is .
I guess that shit player has his preferences.

Sensitivity is way too high for PS4. But works very well for XBox X... So if you use anything else than XBox X then you have to try sensitivity out.

I cant see any tiers above tanks anymore, its hard to identify what level a tank is and i cant find a way to turn it on.
