You said to make sure the last backup took place before you deleted the message. What if the message you accidentally deleted was received today, but the last back up was 20 days ago? How will the message from today be in the back up? The back up preceded the deletion, but it also preceded when I received the message...so I don't see how it will be saved in the backup.
