It works. If you did not do everything in the Power Plan part. Its ok as long as all other steps are done. I really recommend the Additional Tips. They do boost the fps. Thank you for helping me. My pc is 3k but was still lagging when I played Minecraft and you helped me a lot fixing it. I Don't know how much fps it is right now, but probably from 60 to 110
