Just pay from your pocket for your Hospitalization
When you're back, submit all the required documents in original with the claim form and I'd proofs and bank details to the Insurance Co.
If everything is in order your claim will get processed.

Sir, my claim is under query. Tpa want the discharge certificate in proper format . Hospital give me a discharge certificate which was I have send to tpa. But tpa says this is not the proper format so we can not process your claim. And hospital authority said we have given to you which was the final. So in this case what should I do? Please guide me..

Can you explain the auto termination of policy in star health insurance with suitable example. Clause says once SA exhausted whole the policy will terminate automatically. Does it mean that in 5lakh SA if company pay 5 lakh claim in a year Then policy will terminate automatically

Sir, hospital got a approval mail from insurance company for eye surgery, after surgery is done they rejection it saying u have a waiting period. First place why they have approved. if they wont approve we wouldn't gone for surgery and would have waited. Written a mail to grievance, they r yet to come back.. what can be done next.plz suggest
