just sat MAT 2022 yesterday. It was unquestionably the hardest MAT paper ever. I couldn't solve Q2's last part and the second half of Q5. I also made mistakes on Q4's last part.

Hello sir, is it possible to use proof by contradiction to solve 6(iv) instead of the method used in the solution?

I have predicted grades A*A*A*A in Maths, Physics, Economics and Further Maths, however the A is in Further Maths. Is it very unlikely to be shortlisted? Thanks

don't know where to ask, but for MAT 2013 Q2ii
in part (i) of the question, you work out f(t) for k is not +-1, and this is because u divide by 1-k^2
therefore, for part (ii) (a), can i just say that "this equation is the same as plugging in k=1 into the previous part, which has no solutions, therefore there is no f(t)"
