I personally think that there is nothing wrong with being single in your twenties. It might be a choice, it may be because of a breakup not so long ago, it may be because sb is waiting for the actually right person to be in their life and love them. It doesn't mean that sb is too ugly to be in a relationship or sth, maybe they are focusing on their career or goals, finding happiness in their lives so that they can share their happiness, joy and love with their future significant other.

The thing is other people tend to have other priorities and goals in life that dating isn't really a priority. Well it may be, but it's not part of the top 3, or 5, or 10, or whatever.
