In Todays video we follow Burk the Taukai, a xenotype that constantly generates tumours all over their bodies and consumes them for powerful buffs, as he tries to build up a successful colony and then a spaceship to escape the Rimworld in.

Rimworld's Steam description for the magical robot goblins -
Rimworld is a sci-fi colony sim driven by an intelligent AI storyteller. Generates stories by simulating psychology, ecology, gunplay, melee combat, climate, biomes, diplomacy, interpersonal relationships, art, medicine, trade, and more, wow... cool... these folks do that whilst generating a tumour every day.

Mod collection -
Not everything in the collection made an appearance in the video but that's everything I had enabled for this playthrough.

Since all the other comments were about the mod list...

Eagerly awaiting, 'Can One Orphaned Plantchild Raised by Dryads Survive 250 Days of Rimworld?'

Good story :D Now we need a heartfelt tale of a solitary cabbage child, born into a ravaged and abandoned colony, learning to read and write off of all the notes left by the previous colonists, until it stumbles upon all the drawn-up plans and schematics of the ship, and realises its parents have abandoned it. Then it goes on a quest to find (not build, for a change) a ship of its own, to chase the bastard parents. A revenge story, if you will ;D

"Burk has a shortbow and can run really really fast." Ah, yes, good old Mongolian horse archers tactics.

Burk and Sequoia are a cute couple. They have plenty of common interests like training dryad companions, artillery ballistics, and consuming humanoid flesh. There was also that time Burk made her that comfy leather chair from the hide of infidels. What a sweetie.

"naturally as burk loves trees, they sent in the alphabeaver." Like the planet itself is against burk. This type of immersive story telling and interpretation of the game is why i think i may genuinely never get tired of this game.

*"Children's Hospitals cancer ward in chaos today as hundreds of sick children witness a video of a man obtaining powers after cannabalisticly eating cancerous tumors. As you might guess the Hospital became a scene out of a horror movie as ravenous children began eating the cancer out of the weaker, slower children. They then proceeded to jump from the windows believeing they could fly and withstand anything with their new found powers.
Back to you Dave."*

*"Wow. Quite story mike. In other news, do dogs enjoy wearing shoes?-"*

The lone saplingchild and its dryad companions would be a really cool story to see.

Considering Sequoia is a follower of a cannibalistic ideologion called “The Wretched Way, ” I think she might be the kind of lady that is in to some weird ish like becoming lovers with a Tao Kai. Besides, they have common interests like dryad companions, human leather fashion, and artillery ballistics. There was also that time Burk made her that comfy human leather chair for her workspace. What a sweetie.

Pro Combat Extended Tip: Mech Clusters have a weakness. Smoke.

Turrets can't target through smoke, People and Mechanoids can (they get some accuracy malus tho iirc). Meaning you can just approach the cluster with a smokescreen laid down via smoke grenades and shoot the turrets completely safely, from a very close distance too. I haven't tried, but you might even be able to melee them if the turret itself is smoked out

I remember playing a colony with pirates expanded and a couple of the teratogenic colonists. I found that the sarcophagus suit lets you have near infinite tumors, and I *think* the max speed buff is 300%.
