Well the chiller breaks down and tech is blamed for its failure even thou upper administration has refused to allow any maintenance on the chiller because its just not in the budget. Money goes to new land scaping, and pretty scuptures outside to make customers feel good and have a good impression of the hospital. Meanwhile tech s reamed out because now its going to cost 10's of thousands of dollars because maintenance would only have cause a few thousand.
