So I am currently practicing as a an LMSW in Idaho at a community mental health agency. We do bio-psycho-social assessments, treatment plans, I do case management sometimes, and I work with people who are court mandated and struggling with substance use disorders. I am considering moving more towards hospital social work but I am worried that I don't have the "right" skill set? I dunno, when I was in school I felt like I could easily move from one field to another under the social work umbrella, but it feels harder now that I am actually working.

I want to do travel social work in hospitals one day.
