I seriously love the fact that they censored the musical about.... the dangers of not teaching children about sex. The irony is perfect.

Does anyone else find it ironic how censored this performance is when the entire musical is about the effects of censorship on young people? I know there's a couple hundred years difference, but the principal still applies :P They did a fantastic job considering though, love this musical so bloody much!

That little tic/head-dip John did at the start of his mini-solo, it was to give himself a moment bc he wasn't expecting the cheers when he started singing and he started getting choked up...awww poor sweetheart, no need to get misty, you rock!

The amount of things they had to change in order for this to be performed at the Tony's is astounding. This is my favorite show I wish they didn't have to censor it

I think the reason I can't really fully appreciate any other Moritz in any other rendition of Spring Awakening is because John Gallagher Jr. Is just so amazing as Moritz like I can't picture anyone else.

One of my favorite musicals of all time, where the cast are all equal in talent and can perform at the drop of a hat. Yet autotuned pop shit makes money.
