Hey Mike, I’ve been doing your old shadowboxing videos they’ve been great but when I get to the strength conditioning part it gets rough. I do pushups, abs, and leg workouts other times throughout the week so when later do your workouts I can barely do a quarter of the strength conditioning segments. Should I only do pushups, abs, and legs when I’m doing your workouts? Also how often should I do these? Do you have any shadowboxing workouts that don’t have strength conditioning segments?

How do you do those rapid rear kicks? I cant. I dont know if its my body type or because I have poor balance (flat footed).
