Any advice for finding the time to automate or how to work it into your existing processes? I always feel bad for fiddling with automation when it might take ages and not even work as intended while the piles of data to be processed continue to build... 😅

Funny enough, I find under performing teams most often through asking: “Why don’t you guys have continues integration?” Answer: “Because we are a small team, have not needed it”.
