IRS whistleblower's lawyer calls Hunter Biden lawsuit 'frivolous'

Hunter Biden has filed a lawsuit against the IRS alleging privacy violations. The complaint cites an IRS whistleblower's interview on CBS News as well as with other outlets. CBS News senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge reports.

I use to work for the IRS…..it was totally illegal to share anyone’s (H Bide) info!!!
Employees will be fired and loose their pension and severance. Their employment record will make it hard to get another job.
I suspect The whistleblower can be held legally responsible. I also suspect strongly that the whistleblower has been paid $$$
to compensate him for his legal fees and his loss of employment. Who do you think paid this whistleblower?
The tax department is liable and big heads should roll and roll and roll.
Look how much effort it took to get Trump’s tax information, and that is because it was illegal for them to share that information.
