I have a searchable excel sheet (quite complex) that currently is being used outside of odoo and requires manual lookup outside of odoo. If I wanted to have odoo use the spreadsheet to display select data related to certain products like work instruction or jig location for product (all on the soread sheet) is it possible to have odoo look up the info via the soread sheet and display certain lines from it?

Thanks for the video! What would you recommend if I need to import approx 40k items? Added a bunch of new fields, but all mapping and fields are correct so not worried about errors. Would you recommend just posting directly to db using something like PostgreSQL or something like that?

Hey Kevin, We exported a product series (135 records) and updated the prices, I now want to import them back into our production database... when I load the file I have 2 fields that tell me "to import multiple values, seperate them by a these fields have NOW changes, can I simply remove them from the import or will it over write with BLANK data?

im trying to export the external ids but when i select name, there is only list of names exported, not the same as what you have in the video.
and when i am doing the import, i have the sales order id for the first line of each customer and then order lines for each product line, but this results in creating individual sales orders for each order line. I have tried to put sales order id in each order line, it comes out with all order lines in 1 sales order but the sales order number is not in a consecutive way, it jumps from S00005 to S06595, not sure in which part i have made mistakes
