Starfall is unaffected by haste, so there is no need to wait for that to be off cooldown to use the potion of speed. Just have to use it at the beginning of a Lunar Eclipse.

As for stat priority, you want to focus hit (until capped) > spell power > haste (try to stay between 370 and 450) = crit > Int > Spirit. Only 30% of spirit is converted to spellpower and thats about all it does.

As for the comment about 2pc+252 being better than 4pc, that is correct if you can turret. Its unclear if 4pc wins out on high movement fights as it is hard to simulate movement, though with good rng it should win out on fights where you have to move a lot.

if your guild is clearing hardmodes and you have access to 252 pieces you only need the 2 set piece bonus as wearing 252 gear will give you a higher dps cap and solve your hit problem

You generally get haste but only want about 401-450ish because with bloodlust your wrath will hit the haste cap. Hit Rating (10%) > Spell Power > Haste (soft cap) > Crit > Intellect/Spirit.

Stat priority is Hitto cap Spell pen Crit Spell Power Int then Spirt pretty sure...You out gear me yet I was hitting your numbers in Naxx...You'll always want to proc both with big Spell power your wraith hits for 10k Starfire 15k that's the point in maxing crit is to get those...Your Spell dmg for any caster class is always adjusted by Int in wow Also the glyph choice as a minor one should look at the one that make you get sprint back faster...Glad to know about starfall snapshotting buff didn't think it did Thanx

Cant seem to get the WA Auras to show the fancy icon your have.. im getting big green boxes on the left and right

Did i understand it correctly you are suggesting going only for lunar and skipping solar? Also no idea why u want to combine potion of speed with starfall
