For Baal, just use Duress because of Open Wounds and CB. For Merc, use Obedience/ Infinity, Duress and Gface. Reaper's Toll is not a good option even if it's got Decrep. I find Lacerator's amp damage procs and Death (or Beast for fanta for easier connects) on swap with one point to Frenzy and Axe Mastery far more reliable than Decrep from merc's Reaper's + it gives you way more damage when you connect with your hits.
