Malta Street Food Vlog! (Maltese food review around the Country)

Malta, Country of history and.. food! In this Malta vlog 2021 I created a food guide for trying traditional maltese street food, in case you were wondering what to eat in Malta. In La Valletta, a beautiful Malta city, I tried one of my favourite malta street food, Qassatat, but also a traditional malta cheese and sausage platter. In Rabat, another Malta city close to Mdina, I had the famous pastizzi, a savoury pastry filled with chicken. In this food tour I also tried some sweets at a traditional malta food market in Marsakloxx and then obviously the ftira in Mellieha!

Thank you for making the video I always get emotional because I moved to the UK and I always miss my Maltese nanna and other family members the video makes me sad because I always miss when I used to go to the beach then after we went to this donut guy screaming “DONUTS COME GET YOUR DONUTS!!” Sometimes we got Whippy gelato that always gave me an upset stomach but I love the taste! Even ftira is so good I remember at my school my dad always made me Maltese bread and olives with kunserva with salami! At the beach I always love swimming in the ocean blue water then after feeling the sand on my feet! Everywhere I went everyone remembered me when I was a little kid and they always greeted me in the nicest way and this amazing lady in birżebugga who always gave me free food when I was a tiny girl!❤

Hi my parents were from Malta and met in the US. I was born in Michigan. I've never been to Malta. I grew up on maltese food. I love the pastizzi. I haven't had any in so long. My grandma abd aunts used to make them but they've passed away. I wish I can get some from Malta and have them sent to me. I've been craving them so much!!!!

The Sunday market at Marsaxlockk is brilliant, such a variety and the Med just lapping at the edge.

You have to try food from different towns and villages. Since there are a lot of individually owned bakeries here and there. They all work different and produce similar things differently. You have to go to Gozo to try the different kind of local cheeses and fresh zalzett(sausage). Even in Gozo which is much smaller than Malta food is different from town to town.😋😋

Hobz biz-zeit is the best thing to eat on the beach ⛱️ 💯 wake up eat pastizzi go to beach swim eat hobs biz-zeit go for a walk. Smoke a joint go swimming. It's really paradise!
