UK prices makes me sad :( GLA 250 4Matic cost approx 30 000 in The UK. In Norway the same model costs approx 52 000.

You cannot get any idea of engine size on Mercs these days from the rear, they used to be honest years ago, but now it's anybodies guess.

i agree with 2:46 ~ the most recent Mercedes have left 2009-2011 models in the dust in terms of quality.

The Audi Q3 felt more spacious and smoother to drive. The integrated head rests and narrow rear windows made it feel quite small & dark on the inside ... But interior/dashboard was top notch!!

I fear the boot space is going to be an issue for many folks.

John Aluetta on the video says the boot is small in the GLA. Er... his wifes old A Class has _the_ smallest boot in the history of cars. Without putting the seats down, you couldn't get a babies pram in the boot. His reality does not seem to match mine. Weird.

I hate Mercedes new style...too much curves, windows r too narrow,  the interior is overdone and that huge emblem is like hey everybody look I'm driving a Mercedes!...plz change your designers Mercedes!

Having worked in retail, I have come across many people like the first guy who reviewed. They never buy anything and having him 'review' was a waste of time. The second guy clearly said its out-with his price point so why is the idiot there for?!! Whatcar needs to get better consumers giving their opinion

If you want to drive the a class, this looks like the better option. Still don't like that extreme sportiness. The B class for nearly the same price seems to be the better value for money and everyday car.

i mercedes but this car is ugly.... is it a suv or hatch or crossover cuz it looks like none of them and all of them at the same time. i dont get it

I test drove an a class hatch a few weeks ago. Terrible cheap quality inside, lots of tacky hard black plastic, very ugly and oppressive in feel. In all I drove 3 types and each one had rattles or vibrations, for the cost especially it’s avery poor offering. I understand the interior of the GLA is pretty much straight out of the hatch.

drove this car here in the states--with the 2.0 4 wheel drive. Stylish, but it does not live up to the hype--especially at that price.
