THANK YOU so much for this video! I lost power and my well pump shut off. No running water at all in the house. ATTENTION DIY HOMEOWNERS: my well pump was located in the crawl space under my house (no basement). I did exactly like the instructor said in the video and the pump came on by itself and the lever flipped to auto automatically. Leave it there. Test your water to see if it flows out of the faucets then. Voila! It works! Let your water run out of your faucets for a few seconds to flush out the lines before using normally again.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I went too far the first time and the pressure stopped building.So I recycled it to off and then lifted the pressure switch slowly until I felt the kick and the pressure started building. I held it there for thirty seconds and water is coming out of all my faucets. Thank you.

Omg I'm def following you we had a power outage and my man didn't even know which tank was for well aka water toilet not flushing no water I pulled u up with Google and u were so precise . My man lol kept pushing I told him the lever 45

After large heavy storms that knock power out, the first day or two of power being back on, this is the most common call we receive. More often than not, I can talk them through the process. If I have to go out and do it for them, I don't bother charging them. Hard to justify charging someone a service call fee for simply pulling up a lever.

Heres another tip, file your points, those r located in the pressure switch box that controls the pressure, the 2 nuts for pressure and cut off pressure, google how to file ur points, it will show u pics so u can see where they are, its easy, Ima girl and do this, dust & ants get in them and then u wont have water either due to no contact.
