Can I clone a XP OS ( from another computer ) and put it in a Virtual
Box? ( I have an old XP system with all my files and the MOBO died, can I
clone my old XP HDD and put it in Virtual Box? Another question: I have
a XP OS on Microsoft Virtual PC thumb drive but it will only run when
it is a fresh install. ( the only way I can use it is if I dump it and
reinstall it ). How do I use it without reinstalling each time? Also
when I run MS VPC it will not add a printer/hardware. I have herd the
Virtual Box adds hardware easy. Can I put my Microsoft Virtual PC XP OS
into Virtual Box? Thank you

I want to put my VM on our ESXi but the two machines aren't on the same network. I tried to create the file of VM and then import into ESXi but that won't work. a vmx file won't work when esxi needs a ovf

Great video, quick and probably very dumb question. While this conversion is running does the local machine still work while conversation is taking place? Will the old physical machine continue to work as normal?
