The fact that people try to sympathize with Taka and make it seem like him becoming evil was justified… they showed us from the beginning of the movie that he was not only never meant to be King, but he was never meant to be a leader of any sort. He was a selfish coward, a liar and a conniving cheat. And he was salty because he didn’t get the girl who was a part of a one-sided love triangle she had no idea about because he never had the balls to tell her. That’s it, that’s all.

Scar (Taka) wasn’t a cowward he used to stay with his father who was very lazy and not allow him to go with mufasa and his mom so his mom teaches mufasa how to hunt and scar was not able to save his mom in this attack as he try to save her but he ran away
