For puff, most important is making the dough and you need to show how to get that layers. You're skipping the major part only and concentrating on masala??? What's the point??

Just made them as I had puff pastry that i needed to make something with. Omg they tasted great. Such an easy recipe to follow as well definitely can't go wrong with it.

Hello friends.... I hope you enjoyed the recipe video.... here so many are asking why egg is applied in veg puffs.... we eat eggs and so I applied egg for good texture and colour.... if you are an vegetarian you can apply milk instead of egg... thank you 😊

I am definitely going to try this !! 😋
But I am doubtful about using an egg wash, I just wanted to know if it gives away an Eggy smell to the puffs even after baking ?
Or else I will have to go with milk as you mentioned.
