So I'm looking to perform a swap from AMD---> Intel.
Is using the Windows Installer from Microsoft's website, and picking the option to "Keep Personal Files and Data" a good option? I'd prefer not to wipe my boot drive and start fresh, if this will give the same result for fresh driver installation.

Currently I have a 13900ks system. I just built another system with a 7950x3d and the applications keep freezing and stuttering. Games run fine but everything feels glitchy. Could microsoft one drive have messed up my applications so they are not running correctly on my AMD system? I did a fresh install of windows on brand new SSDs

hi i switched from amd to intel and right as the windows start pops up it always crashes. i bought a new psu, cpu, ram, and motherboard. Do you know how to troubleshoot this or how to figure out if the component(s) are faulty? do you think this is a software problem or is the behavior more like a faulty hardware? thanks.

does it matter if u do first the bios update and then all then drivers, or like u did first all drivers and windows updates and then the bios one?
