Intel is Better Than Ryzen | Change My Mind

Intel is better than Ryzen. Is this true, or do you think I am wrong? Intel has been getting a lot of hate lately as Ryzen offers more cores and threads at cheaper prices. Does this mean Ryzen is better than intel?

Well, I think intel is killing it with great performance and thermals.

Apples to Oranges.... you CAN´T compare temperatures of 2 different CPU's on 2 different machines from 2 different brands... WTF!!!

I have the Ryzen 7 and the intel legion 7. The intel beats it by 3 and 7% when I ran benchmarks for cpu. But the battery on the intel is appalling.

Comparing the temperature of CPUs in two different laptops is questionable...

I recently bought an HP Omen with a Ryzen 5800H. I was very dissatisfied with this laptop and returned it. I then bought the Lenovo Legion 7. Same CPU, about 15 degrees Celsius cooler CPU temperature and about 20% more performance in Cinebench R23.

I'm not breaking it to but he knows that Intel alder lake is 7nm and AMD zen 4 is 5nm and has twice as much power
Edit : my electric bill is increasing when i use intel

well sure but content creation isnt something everyone would do. for gamers there would be no difference especially at higher resolutions, and the battery life on intel is really disappointing. not to mention the intel chip needs significantly more power to beat ryzen.

Ben what out iGPU? Ryzen iGPU is far more capable and the iGPU is used in a laptop for desktop regular applications, can you feel the difference in regular applications that don't use dGPU?

Comparing 2 different laptops from 2 different brands?It would be more logical to take 2 pc setups with the same config except for Mobo+cpu, and go onto benchmarks...

if you want power choose intel, but for me laptop supposed to be mobile and reliable, that's why i chose ryzen. Ryzen's battery life is just way better than intel

Everyone has different priorities...
Mine is effeciency and power consumption, and obviously enough Ryzen is on top.
