Now don’t get me wrong, the term CEO comes with a lot of drama, let’s put it. Often when you hear CEOs in the news, it isn’t for something good. But ever since I saw this clip of Simon Sinek talking about CVO, Chief Vision Officer, being the rebrand of CEO, I couldn’t un-hear it.
