More than 40 years of outdoors experience and never been lost or disoriented. My dad started teaching me land nav at ten years old when he bought a house on a river in Bigfoot country and he knew I'd be wandering while he was away for work.

Open canopy, bigger trees that a little road literally allows the trees next to it to get more sun so therefore they get bigger

See Mount Rainer, you're in the Mossy Rock Rifle lake area ...way to go, show nav with a map and not eye balling it ..I just got watching these ...funny stuff

Somehow I feel like my wife would still get lost even if you point the road out for her...
Yet she could find a Starbucks without a phone, gps, compass, binoculars etc 😁
