I FREAKING LOVE THESE FISH TACOS. Who wants the recipes? Watch and learn how I whip up an entire Mexican feast in a little over 30 MINUTES! Oh, and did I mention, this meal is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Fodmap, and with just a few adjustments Nightshade Free too.😉

This is seriously one of my favorite recipes. I hope you guys like it!
INGREDIENTS:
FISH:
Tilapia (any thin white fish will work!)
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Coriander
Paprika (NF Sub: Turmeric)
CREMA:
1/4 cup Mayo
3 tbsp Garlic Oil
1 Lemon (juice)
Dash of:
Salt + Pepper
Coriander
Paprika (NF Sub: Turmeric)
BEANS:
14oz can Black Beans (drained/rinsed)
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Garlic Oil
1/4 tsp of:
Salt + Pepper
Cumin
Oregano
GUACAMOLE:
1 lg Avocado (or 2 small)
1 tbsp Garlic Oil
2 tbsp Cilantro - chopped
2 tbsp Green Onion - chopped
1 Radish - minced (a bout 1 tbsp)
1/2 sm Tomato (or 1/4 of a lg)
1/2 Lime (juice) - about 1 tbsp
1 dash Salt
1 pinch Pepper
SALSA:
14oz canned Tomatoes - diced
1 bunch Cilantro Stems
2 Green Onion Tops
2 Radishes
1/2 Jalapeño or 1 tbsp Pickled Jalapeno **lower fodmap option
1/2 Lime - juice
1 tbsp Garlic Oil
1 pinch Salt
