I have trascribed the steps for those who came to refresh their memory:

1. You tighten your lower lips over your lower teeth, and put your jaw to the front.
2. Tuck the sides of your tongue to the upper teeth. The only place airflow can come out is at the front
3. Show your front teeth and make a face like this [ ‏‪2:14‬‏ ]
Coppy this face. Cheek muscles must be really stiff. ‏‪2:25‬‏ = triangle of success.
4. And then, *volture sounds (which means exhale from mouth as hard as possible).

Herr Fuchs has changed my life altogether. After rewinding the video for >10 times, i can now whistle flawlessly. I feel so confident now, even my sports teacher, who used to yell at me all the time, praises me for being the only one in the class who can whistle (without using hands). After several lol's, I Tried so hard and ended up thinking of a million reasons why this technique didn't work for me to whistle like Don Whistler, even if I tried pretty much every day. That little tip with the "move ur bottom jaw forward", really helped, I finally after a couple of tries today made a little whistle sound and I said to myself "really it’s cause of my overbite that it was difficult to do"
