I got proof off a post camera high up so it’s a waiting game now the outcome who at fault, the thing is if turning right you should be near the middle of road not level with kerb, nothing in front for person to get in to the middle ready to turn right, the person tried to scam with with a number off a insurance, police no and insurance, and other person been driving around 2 weeks

I got a question, a car going to turn right but the lights are set further back, she goes through on green but stop level with the kerb, are lights turn green to go straight and the other person goes to turn red the lights on red, who at fault ? Cos that’s how I got hit going straight on the side of my front wing, any 1 no the answer cos am sure it was not my fault
