Yes very nice work and it reminds me of a factory that I saw 30years ago that used to pad weld huge cylinders about 6 meters in diameter with up to half a dozen submerged arcs covering the entire outer layer. Then they would cut it across the cylinder into various sizes and turn it inside out to make new pipes of specific diameters. Huge amounts of work too.

That is one beast of a press and especially like the run off plates for the massive amount of weld that will going in to join the piece together, , , very impressive

I have been welding such deep craters for almost 10 years. Under powder with 2 and later with 3 welding wires.

What is application? This pipe should go to anneling now. Remove stress. Wall is too thick
