How to Measure Girth
Girth is the measure of midshaft circumference at the midpoint of the total length. To measure girth size accurately you need a flexible, non stretchable tape measure.

1. Measure total excited length
Press one end of the tape against your pubic bone at the front and extend the tape measure along the upper surface to the tip.

2. Measure circumference by wrapping the tape around the shaft at the midpoint to know your accurate girth size measurement.

What is Average Male Girth Size?

Scientific analysis by Veale et al (2015) in their systematic review of 26 high quality studies involving 15 000 men examined two high quality scientific trials measuring excited girth.

Girth Size Average Study 1
Wessells et al (1996) assessed the excited circumference of 80 American men. Reported average girth size was 12.30cm.

The small sample size and limited sample (caucasian males) means results can’t be generalized to all men.

Girth Size Average Study 2
Promodou et al assessed the circumference of 91 Indian men. Average circumference was 11.49cm. This study has limited generalizability beyond men of Indian birth and the small sample size means the results may not be representative of all Indian men.

Mean average girth size circumference was calculated by Veale at 11.66cm. More scientific research into average girth size measurement for men is required.

This is a good lesson for young men. I'm 51, raised 5 children, 2 of them are stepsons from my wife's previous marriage. Now we've been married over 16 years. During that period of time we've faced many challenges. Sex really hasn't been one of them. LOOK if one finger can do a good job then why worry about your size? My wife and I discuss our intimate life often. "SIZE" never comes up. The most important ingredient in the sex recipe, from what I've learned is my Character, as a husband, father, provider, honesty, fidelity (that tanked my wife's ex), sobriety, dependability and lets not forget genuine kindness and affection. All those things will out measure a horse! Seriously guys if size was such a big deal, we wouldn't be getting any the horses would be getting it in our place. And also the measure of a good marriage/relationship isn't measured on sex alone. I hope I'm not to vulgar. But It's the truth.

I've watched several of your videos on this subject matter. You present very well! I feel comfortable learning what you have to share, especially the appropriate way to do Kegel exercises. Looking forward to strengthening my muscles. Just a bit of feedback on sampling - the calculated average girth size, lets say from the study done for American men not only depends on sample size but also how the sampling was done. Supposing the sampling was based on inviting volunteers to have their girth measured rather than taking a true random sample. Well, for this particular data, girth measurements, the volunteers who were willing to have their girth measured could very well have been limited to men who most likely would not have been embarrassed to present their results, even though it was most likely private. In that case, the calculated average may be slightly higher than what it would have been from a true random sample where no one felt intimidated to present their results. 1. Length Bone Pressed
2. Circumference
3. Bend. ( Given that they are measured from the top, upcurved are a lot bigger and the lower side is extended and downcurved a lot smaller since the lower side and volume is compressed )

What people seem to misunderstand about guys who are anxious of the size of their junk, is that they don't want a huge one, most of them couldn't really care less how big it actually is.
What they want is to know that what they have is enough to keep the majority of women satisfied, so that they can have genuine loving relationships that last.
There aren't many men that would be truthful if they were to say that they don't care if they grow old alone, and live a lonely life.
For men that are small, they feel like maybe even the option of finding real love and companionship has been denied to them, and that's what hurts the most.

I would think the true "girth" as least as far as the partner is concerned, would be the widest point, regardless of where it is in the length.

Lenthe and girth are odt important. 6 inches plus and circumference of approximately 3 inches is average. 7 1/2 or more plus girth of 4 inches is very welcomed. I 'll be here for you !!!
