This video shows you how to mark and measure your client's triceps skinfold site.

You can then use this measurement along with others, in the Jackson and Pollock (1978 & 1980), Yuhasz (1982) or Durnin and Womersley (1974) anthropometric methods to determine your clients percent body fat.
