When I bought this Grecell T 1000 Power Station, from a third party seller on Amazon it failed during my first use. I contacted both the third party seller and Grecell. Grecell said to deal with the seller just as Amazon said. I did, and I'm very happy to tell you that I now have a brand new working unit in my possesion. I had very good communication with the seller during the entire process. And within about a week I had a new unit sent to me after sending my unit in. I didn't even have to pay any shipping. Thanks to the third party seller, to Grecell and to Amazon for taking care of business...

Sorry you had such awful problems. You are definitely not alone. I've had 3 defective units so far. To be fair, they are pretty easy on returns.
During Amazon Prime Days, I bought a Bluetti AC180 for $500, which is what I paid for my Grecell. In the end, they credited me $100 and told me to keep the unit.
My problem was power pass-thru. The unit would shut down when powered by solar panels (Grecell) and using the AC output.
