There is nothing like the sound of Jon Lord's over driven Hammond organ through a Leslie speaker, miked into a Marshall amp. That sound cannot be reproduced. I've never seen it. I am in my 60s. Genius. Even as stoned as they were at the time. They still had new ideas. Classic. I never get tired of hearing this composition. Amazing. Even Eddie Van Halen had said once. Truly amazing riffs from a keyboardist. Definitely some Beethoven in there with some flair of course.

Superb! Each one the band member was in the upper echelon of the musicians of this era and some could easily be argued to be best (or at least top 2 or 3) at their craft at the time. Love it! RIP John Lord!

This makes me think of blasting down the road to get ice-cream at pollys freeze in Edwardsville, Indiana, with a 1973 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super C-30 3+3 cab lowered, six speed manual, and a very built, 454 big block, 3:10 or 4:11 gears in the rear, has to be posi-traction, but even better from Georgetown to Clarksville.
