I told my sister that I also have puffy bags under my eyes and droopy upper eye lids but it is not interfering with my eye sight. At 78 I am fine with my eye lids the way they are. I don’t need to look younger.

I have to share for all the people watching this, if you have puffy under eye circles and discoloration, don't get plastic surgery. It leaves a hollow area underneath your eyes that looks darker and the creasing gets worse over time because without fat, guess what, there's loose skin and you get wrinkles fast! Looking back 5 years ago before my surgery, I looked so much better than I do now. When I tell my friends about the surgery they say, "I didn't even notice you had puffy eyes before" Sometimes you are your own worst critic. Now there's no solution and concealer can't cover wrinkles. Moral of the story: Just love yourself with what you have. Once you have plastic surgery you can't really go back to what it was before, you hate it, you have to live with it forever knowing you did that to yourself.
