When you pass by something I would of gotten, Im saying get it, get it!
The frosted friends Hallmark ornaments I always get, their hard to find anymore.
They can go anywhere from $50-$600
I sold a older one that was broken, piece of it missing, no box and still got over $50 on it

$500 for a Herman Miller chair is a knock off. They are closer to 1K. I found one for $60. I couldn’t buy it fast enough. Gave it to my son in college. If that was an authentic HM chair (the name is on the front of seat), you were crazy not to buy it at $140.

These yard sale trips are so much fun. There are some true gems hiding here and there!

Kayla. B4 you gravel that flower bed next to fence, please make sure there are no seasonal bulbs hiding below dirt line. It could have dahlias, gladiolas. Fall tpye plants. Probably not Spring bc they would be showing by now. Right? Spring crocus is one of my favorites bc 1st things up in new year. Hibiscus, daffodils are next.
Did you ID that beautiful white bloom? Snowball bush/ tree or peonies? Lilacs are great too. And fragrant outside or as cut for inside.
Roses NEED to be trimmed after bloom. Each branch to first leaf stem withb5 leaves onnit. Then will grow some more and keep blooming to first frost. Then prune way back and sawdust or mulch to cover for winter bed. Good resources is Home extension booklets from agricultural college department. Used to be free. 4-H department used to be with Home extension college campus.
Wish I lived closure to you. Grew up on Oregon farm. Now live in AZ. Totally different soil, weather, seasons. But care for plants similar. Words to use researching...trim, prune, shape fertilize, water, city and state. And Sunset magazine subscription for your USA zone. Mistakes are costly. Do your reseach!!!
