I have noticed something. Cargo tends to grow the city outwards, whereas passenger transport grows a city in terms of density.

I think that the cities were designed for both passenger and cargo that's why they are growing so slow

the truck stop in the cargoville is too small and the loads get lost. if the stop was bigger it would hold more cargo

also if the cargo is coming in from further away its worth more and that adds to growth as well.

Nice but... your last attempt is not equal. The city on the right is struggling with a food supply that's why is not growing as well as the city on the left.
But that was a nice job.
