My Carvana Experience

Welp, I had to buy a new car because of an old lady cutting me off. Welcome the 2012 Buick Regal GS! But i had to make my purchase though Carvana. I thought is would be a pleasant experience, boy was i wrong .

I got my 2014 mustang from them it came exactly as described despite i had a transportation delay. Had zero issues with it. And no issues getting license played and tittle

It amazes me how many people pay good money to buy a car on carvana and don't even take the time to understand the process. You're SUPPOSED to pay the money ($150 or whatever) after you take delivery (assuming you signed off on it during delivery...you have time to inspect visual damages with the driver) at a dealership or shop to note all issues with a car. Carvana will FIX those issues to basically bring the used car to a near-new condition. Way better than you'd ever get buying from a 3rd party seller on craigslist.

You should have noted that cracked paint on the bumper before it even got off the truck. That's an obvious respray.

Be careful of buying cars from them. My neighbor bought a jeep and it had flood damage that wasn’t reported in the listing. He’s had trouble with it since he got it. Nice ride bud

Just had a positive Carvana experience as a seller. I drove my truck for 4 years, put about 50k miles on it and they gave me a fair amount of money. No hassle pick up and the money was in my account the next day.

Fyi carfax only shows accidents that have been reported. If the owner never called the cops then it wont show up.

Just saw one of these carvana things today. It was a beat f150 with dirt crusted into every pore. Somebody scored a $460 payment on that bad boy.

bottom line! GO to dealership, you can test drive and negotiate from there or just simply walk away, BEFORE ANY MONEY IS TIED UP, ONLINE YOU DON'T HAVE THAT LUXURY AND THEY TRY AND EXTORT YOUR MONEY...

Our experience with Carvana was terrible. The delivery time was from 11am-2pm EST. 2pm passes, but we get no call, no notification, nothing. We call to follow up, and were told to wait another hour or so. Carvana would not give us a valid ETA on the late delivery. Calling this unprofessional and a lack of customer focus is an understatement. We would not recommend buying or selling a car from Carvana.

People are so lazy and antisocial that they will buy a used car online, sight unseen. Only reason to sell a car online is because it's been trashed and you want to pull a fast one. Otherwise, you'd sell it private for way more money.
