I think it should be possible to develop a plugin for Figma or Adobe Illustrator to convert graphics into CSS properties. It appears to be a task suited for computers, while animation remains a job for people. Nevertheless, it would be intriguing to observe unconventional uses of CSS.

Great tutorial. gives alot of different properties to play around with. The art piece you create is interesting and colourful. nice 👍. One thing I would say is the flickering effect is a little off-putting. Will keep watching for more videos. 😊
